Skills You Bring To this Role
• Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Business, Engineering, Aviation or similar field required
• 10 years of experience in the Aviation Industry (technical, business, Marketing, Sales) required
• Demonstrated experience navigating the US Foreign Military Sales process required
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, with strong influencing, negotiating, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated success working within a complex, geographically distributed organization with multiple value streams.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interface at all levels of the customer chain of command and within the broader Textron Enterprise.
• Proficiency in leveraging customer requirements and feedback to support the design of customized solutions.
• Pilot’s License is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and/ or French is preferred.
• Background in Finance is a plus
