We are looking for a Customer Support Manager for our Contact Centers to help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical thinking, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient, controlled, and continuous execution of Contact Center operations, serving as the central point of operational coordination and strategic support for planning, supervision, and process improvement initiatives.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field (required).
- Additional training or certifications in Operations Management, Data Analysis, or Continuous Improvement are highly desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency require
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Contact Center operations, including: Operational control, Workforce Management (WFM), quality management, operational training, continuous improvement
- 5+ years leading projects related to process reengineering, call flow automation, customer requirements optimization
- Proven experience managing and executing operational or transformation projects.
- Previous experience in mid-level or senior leadership roles such as Senior Manager or Senior Project Manager
