We are looking for a Brand Lead to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, results-driven individual who understands how to design, execute, and optimize Co-Brand campaign strategies with credit card partners, focusing on growth, acquisition, and incremental value generation for the brand. This position leads the end-to-end coordination of commercial and communication initiatives, ensuring agile, data-driven execution aligned with business objectives, while identifying growth opportunities with partners and collaborating closely with internal and external teams to maximize performance.


Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field


Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in spaneting, growth, performance, or commercial partnerships, leading end-to-end campaign execution and optimization
  • Experience in high-growth companies (fintech, startups, digital platforms such as Nu, Mercado Pago, Openbank, etc.)
  • Proven experience executing digital acquisition campaigns, preferably in financial products or high-consideration categories
  • Experience managing partnerships or co-branding initiatives is desirable
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Brand, Performance, CRM, Product, Legal, and external partners

Skills to succeed:

  • Strong results and metrics orientation, with the ability to define and monitor KPIs such as CAC, conversion, activation, LTV, and ROI
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaign performance and acquisition funnels
  • Ability to identify and develop growth opportunities with partners, proposing high-impact commercial initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to ensure agile and high-quality execution across cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in digital acquisition channels (paid media, CRM, affiliates) and campaign performance optimization
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact vs. effort and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong commercial acumen to develop value propositions, messaging, and offers aligned with user insights and business goals
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and CRM tools is desirable
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to work with stakeholders and materials in English
