Are you our new Storekeeper?

We are looking for a Storekeeper to support our warehouse and logistics operations. As a Storekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods and materials. You will support production and operations by maintaining high inventory quality and ensuring timely availability of materials, while working in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners as required. This is a temporary position until 2027.

Legal Authorization to Work :
To be considered for this position, candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Norway. This requires holding valid work and/or residence authorization that meets Norwegian immigration regulations.

Eligible candidates may include:

• EU/EEA citizens with a valid right of residence in Norway under EU/EEA freedom‑of‑movement rules (registration required).
• Non‑EU/EEA nationals who already hold a Norwegian residence permit that grants the right to work (e.g., skilled worker permit, family immigration permit, student permit with work rights, etc.).

Please note that the company cannot provide visa sponsorship, and only applicants with existing, unrestricted authorization to work in Norway can be considered.

Backround Check Requirement:

The following applies to both types of background checks:

You must be able to document the last five years wihout gaps

• Police certificate(s) from all countries where you have resided for more than 6 months during the last 5 years.
• Approved record of conduct in accordance with the regulations.
• Documentation of your activities during the last 5 years (employment, education and/or unemployment).

For extended background check, the following is additionally required:

• Continuous residence in Norway or another EU/EEA country during the last 5 years

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Receiving, inspecting, registering, and storing goods and materials
• Ensuring accurate inventory registration and follow‑up in warehouse systems
• Picking materials, handling returns, and closing orders
• Supporting production and operations with timely material availability
• Maintaining good order and structure in the warehouse
• Working in compliance with procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Cooperating closely with production, maintenance, procurement, and other support functions

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• A certificate of apprenticeship in Warehouse and Logistics, or relevant practical experience
• Basic understanding of IT systems such as WMS/ERP (e.g. Amos, SAP, or similar)
• A structured, accurate, and responsible working approach
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
