Data Engineer
Were building a brand-new Operational Data Platform at easyJet holidays that underpins our applications, services and decision making across the business. This role sits within our growing Data team and plays a direct part in bringing that platform to life.
Youll work alongside experienced senior engineers, contribute to meaningful data challenges, and help build scalable data products that power the end-to-end holidays experience.
Day to day, youll be responsible for:
• Contributing to the design and delivery of the new Operational Data Platform
• Building and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows
• Optimising data processes and pipeline performance
• Supporting data governance, compliance and platform standards
• Collaborating with product teams, engineers and developers across the business
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis and development tasks as needed
What youll bring to the team:
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines — dbt, Airflow, Dagster, AWS Glue or similar
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• A solid understanding of data modelling principles
• The ability to translate business needs into practical data solutions

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
