Identity Services Technology Analyst

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Technology Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work location: Hybrid – partial onsite Tues., Wed., Thurs. and as needed
Duration: 12 months; contract to hire
Terms: W2 position
Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance.

Position summary:

This is a role that is operationally maintaining the Identity Services Platform Teams technologies. This includes Break/Fix, Patching, Upgrades, Password Rotations, etc.
Building and maintaining Active Directory environments is core to what this position will need extensive experience in.
There is an on-call rotation that includes weekend work for scheduled changes and operational validations.

Required technologies:

Extensive knowledge with MS Active Directory.
MS Windows Server Administration experience.

Delinea Secret Server
RSA
EntraID
ADHQ
Quest RMAD
Experience with maintaining security and compliance for applications and infrastructure and have written Risk Documentation.
Experience in PowerShell scripting or another scripting language leveraged in the automation of manual task leveraging change pipelines.

Required work experience:

4 years specific knowledge of the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes to be supported.
1 year directly supporting the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes (may be concurrent).

About the team:

The Identity Services Platform Team currently consists of approximately 11–12 employees who work exceptionally well together.
The team maintains a very strong and positive departmental culture.
Team members meet daily to discuss priorities and topics relevant to the day.
The team is actively engaged in several major projects that are strategic to core IS pillars.
Clear verbal and written communication skills are critical, as the team collaborates with multiple areas across the company and with all levels of management.

Required education/equivalencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 8 years without a degree)
